The schedule is designed to help us synch with the nature to get the full nature immersion experience in this unique location. In addition, some of the excursions will start very early (6:00 am in the morning) as this is when the wild life is more active for us to witness the exotic birds, monkeys, etc. so it will be wonderful to start setting our biological clocks as quickly as possible to that of nature’s.
Our morning practices/activities will start early - specifically the Primordial Sound Meditation Training - to honor 5000 years tradition of meditating at or around sun rise time but also to bring our body and mind in full harmony with nature.
Having said that, I know that many of you are coming from grueling work schedules, and after a long travel, will need some rest, so on Sunday morning, we will start our practice a little later than our start time on other days.
Some basic rules to follow at Blue Osa:
• Until the 7:20 am mantra ritual (see below in the schedule), we will practice silence in the mornings to respect their tradition and ritual at Blue Osa. The only exceptions are: Primordial Sound Training in the yoga studio or the mantra ceremony.
• Unexpected things come up but if you are going to attend class, please come at least 10 minutes prior to the start time to set up your mat and props so we can start on time.
• No cell phones in the class – If you need them, they must be on airplane mode
